When a verification is requested, we collect only the information needed to perform the check: the candidate's name, contact details, identity documents, education history, and employment history — always with the candidate's written consent.
2. How we use it
Information is used solely to verify the specific claims requested by the client. We never sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing or any unrelated purpose.
3. Consent-first verification
No check begins until the candidate has authorized it in writing. Every step of the process is lawful, ethical, and aligned with GDPR and FCRA requirements.
4. Data security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the requesting client's account. We follow ISO 27001-aligned information-security practices and guarantee 100% confidentiality.
5. Data retention & your rights
Reports and underlying data are retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations. Candidates and clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time by emailing us.
